BN SERIES

The BN series power supplies for cathodic protection here introduced, are the jewels of the AC / DC switch mode technology, and are able to ensure a supply of current up to 25A with very small dimensions, weights and lower costs.

These power supply units during about 30 years of evolution, have reached full maturity, while maintaining their exceptional compactness, precision and efficiency, have become almost indestructible, thanks to a great number of design features adopted, coming from the long experience aquired on field.

The move to SMD technology has made possible to enrich the control panel, increase the output current, and decrease the selling price, obtaining the best market quality/price ratio for this kind of power supply unit.

Main Features

The BN series power supplies for cathodic protection:

offer a high reliability, resisting to the strong stress of their operating environment (gas discharge varistors tubes incorporated, for surge protection, both in input and output)
they have a high energy efficiency with a low operating cost
they are lightweight and compact, and easily portable (weight less than 7kg)
they offer an extremely quick and precise adjustment, with an output voltage very clean
they may operate in either way CONSTANT VOLTAGE GRADIENT (P.D.), with BASIC current adjustable from 0 to 100%, or CONSTANT CURRENT (from 0 to 100%)
they allow the construction of a cathodic protection system with a minimal cost
External cooling fin: reduces internal airflow and long-term pollution of the electronic boards
