EM40FR Model
EM40FR is a Genset control unit conceived for the automatic management of the parallel syncronization with Mains and/or other gensets, and designed to offer the most advanced technology currently available with a very competitive price, even compared to the best products on the market.
As the base model (EM40F) hence, EM40FR has an effective user interface (64x128 graphic LCD with dedicated buttons and LEDs to get a very intuitive operability).
The unit can be powered either 12V or 24V (automatic switching) and remains operational even with battery goes down to 4V.
It provides a wide field programmability, also via the Internet: User logo, messaging, languages are customizable. Thanks to the BLUETOOTH port (optional) it can be programmed wirelessly, even from a mobile phone, including the ability to upgrade the operating system through the RS232 serial port.
The inputs and outputs are fully programmable (active state, delay, effect, message); owns 4 onboard relays for direct control of TLR, TLG, EVC, AVV.
This controller performs complete TRUE RMS analog measurements, and has a great historical memory for automatic recording of more than 600 events, with time / date / measures (the calendar/watch has a separate battery). The Oscilloscope function can display, for example, the battery voltage during its start, the waveform of the load current, the generator voltage during a transient.
EM40FR has a large set of serial ports: RS232, RS485, CAN, with various protocols (Micropi, MODBUS, SAE J1939);
Optional: BLUETOOTH, ETHERNET, GSM.
This model provides universal isolated interfaces towards the AVR and GOVERNOR, in both analog (freely programmable in the range +/- 10V, with a base level from 0V to 5V) that PWM 0 / 10V.
It also has a second CAN port (isolated), for the active / reactive load sharing with any other gensets.
The installed software allows EM40FR to perform an automatic synchronization with the mains, the load sharing according to the planned strategy, and finally the detection of the islanding mode condition for the automatic TLR release.
EM40FR can also be supplied in customized version (both graphically and functionally) for the customer specific needs.
